Setup and Disclosure Analyst
eLEND Solutions
• Review new loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory readiness • Accurately input loan data into the Loan Origination System (LOS) to initiate the loan lifecycle • Validate borrower, property, and loan terms prior to disclosure issuance • Prepare and issue initial loan disclosures, including Loan Estimate, Truth-in-Lending, and related TRID-required documents • Ensure disclosures are delivered within required regulatory timelines • Execute post-disclosure revisions and re-disclosures when changes occur • Identify, escalate, and document potential compliance risks tied to loan setup or disclosure errors • Collaborate closely with Loan Officers, Processors, and Underwriters to resolve missing or conflicting information • Respond to internal inquiries related to disclosure requirements and setup standards • Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready disclosure records • Stay current on regulatory changes, investor guidelines, and disclosure requirements • Support process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and borrower experience • Contribute to standardized workflows and quality control initiatives
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes, particularly loan setup and disclosures
- Working knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) requirements
- High attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-directed, compliance-minded, and accountable for work quality
