• Responsible for conducting complex audits, reviews and assessments of medical records • Contributes to compliance reporting and documentation • Demonstrated ability to apply coding judgment and make decisions using industry-standard evidence and tools • Adhere to stringent timelines consistent with project deadlines and directives • Serves as the training resource and subject matter expert to vendors, providers and team members for questions regarding ICD coding and documentation requirements • Identify and communicate documentation deficiencies • Acts as mentor to provide education to internal staff based on audit findings • Communicates with corporate legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting to external authorities

• Leads the gathering and organization of assessment data and results to support risk reporting and monitoring processes • Advises, designs, and/or validates the status of IT controls and processes • Assists in the design of corrective actions to address control deficiencies • Consults with control owner(s) to innovate and implement controls to minimize/mitigate risks • Ensures stakeholders incorporate new controls and/or updates into testing • Understands and assesses levels of risk and compliance across the enterprise • Develops and/or matures metrics to deliver reports and presentations to management personnel • Maintains risk register with risk treatment plans • Performs assessments of an IT Risk Acceptance request to identify risks and mitigating controls

• Analyze and administer PTO accrual policies for multiple employee groups • Interpret and document accrual rules, including eligibility, accrual rates, caps, carryover provisions, and usage guidelines • Maintain detailed documentation to support internal controls and SOX testing • Conduct regular pay period self-audits • Prepare accurate reports and reconciliations related to PTO accruals and balances • Identify, investigate, and resolve accrual discrepancies through data analysis • Ensure PTO practices comply with applicable U.S. state and Canadian provincial paid leave laws • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet to track accrual logic and policy updates • Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen data integrity and operational efficiency

• Answer incoming IT support related calls from the staff and aim to resolve these tickets over the phone or teams. • Manage and resolve user tickets received via email. • Troubleshoot system installations, perform upgrades and maintenance procedures via azure. • Create FAQ materials and training manuals for end-users. • Collaborate with other IT teams and workgroups on projects and initiatives as needed. • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of IT support team and work with them to ensure that tickets are resolved in a timely manner. • Provide recommendations for new software / hardware. • Collaborate on process improvement ideas and be the end-user voice. • Assist the IT team with testing software, hardware, and applications. • Other projects as assigned.
