Customer Service Support Representative, Spanish Speaking

• Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to general inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services • Projects a professional company image • Corresponds with customers via phone, email, web portal, and chat interactions • Researches assistance requested and consistently provides accurate information to resolve inquiries • Thoroughly documents all customer interactions • Educates customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations • Provides direction on the usage and benefits of self-service tools • Assists members in gaining access to care by locating a network dentist or assignment to a primary care dentist • Appropriately routes inquiries to necessary departments or individuals when resolution is beyond these responsibilities • Meets or exceeds individual, department, and client specific goals • Understands and adheres to all administrative and contractual policies and procedures • Suggests ways to improve service delivery processes
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Dental terminology knowledge and group health insurance experience a plus
- Proven professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced production environment
- Cooperative, professional and effective interaction skills with co-workers, company staff and visitors
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to tolerate repetitive work without compromising accuracy and service levels
- Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary

• Ensure that customer experience center leadership is in synch with Coinstar culture, brand, and values • Monitor KPIs to ensure that the customer experience center delivers a quality customer experience as outlined in the Statement of Work • Resolve and/or approve customer service Tier 1 issues for customer service vendor • Responsible for resolving customer complaints via multiple platforms and various agencies (e.g., social media, Better Business Bureau, email, etc.) • Participate in vendor meetings, quality calibration and business reviews • Facilitate vendor team lead meetings • Complete audits to confirm adherence of company policies and procedures • Champion business strategies and new product implementation • Bring forward to Vendor Manager recommendations on current policies and procedures as well as day to day process improvements • Coordinate and assist in other tasks as needed and work with other departments to resolve issues either directly or indirectly relating to the vendors • Perform various administrative tasks
• Answer inbound calls and assist members with scheduling or updating transportation • Confirm member eligibility and accurately enter ride details • Address questions and resolve issues related to transportation services • Identify additional member needs and provide appropriate support • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve real-time challenges • Meet and exceed performance goals, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
