Role Description This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The Chart Retrieval Specialist II will continue with the Chart Retrieval Specialist responsibilities, and in addition, will help support with coaching, training, and developing the workforce across multiple regions. The Chart Retrieval Specialist II will be responsible for retrieving medical records (both paper and electronic forms) from various healthcare facilities on behalf of health plans and other clients for retrospective and prospective reviews. In addition, the Chart Retrieval Specialist II will assist with training, coaching, and developing remote and field workforce across multiple states and/or regions. This position is full time. Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 2 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be during normal business hours.
