Principal Solutions Architect
Credence
• Creating design and roadmaps for proposed solutions and technical analysis of existing and proposed infrastructure and technologies to determine ways to improve them. • Developing a technical vision for solutions by designing, describing, developing, and managing new or improved solutions. • Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions. • Designing, debugging, and performing solution analysis. • Document capture, information dissemination, cross-functional communication, change management, and best practices. • Advocating for process improvements. • Communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders. • Providing end-to-end technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle. • Developing proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions. • Reviewing and validating solution design. • Documenting and monitoring requirements for proposed solutions. • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders and leadership to ensure hardware/software availability and functionality. • Identifying and communicating potential solution/project challenges. • Providing specifications for proposed solutions. • Maintaining knowledge of current project status and implemented technology.
Job Requirements
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a successful Federal Background Investigation.
- Communication Skills: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience/Education: A minimum of ten (10) years of related experience is required, or a Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Project and Program Management and leadership skills are required.
- Federal Resources Awareness: Awareness of Federal Government resources for guiding solution architecture is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Deep experience in DevSecOps principles, practices, and culture.
- Additional Requirements: Understanding of ITIL, Agile, Service-Oriented Architecture, Component-Based Development, Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement, DevOps, Automated Testing and Deployment, Microservices, and Containerization.
