• Provide clinically and culturally competent short-term individual and/or group counseling services to SEADC youth, families, adults, and older adults. • Conduct screenings, intakes and initial assessments of clients; employ culturally competent practices that build strong rapport. • Conduct mental health treatment plans to identify client needs and goals and engage in continuous clinical documentation towards goals. • Identify and respond to crisis situations, including risk assessment and safety planning. • Ensure clients receive high-quality, ethical mental health services in accordance with all applicable legal, ethical, state, and Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) guidelines. • Facilitate a community wellness and healing workshop/event in virtual or in-person formats, adapting delivery to budget and participant needs.

• Manage end-to-end patient cases for TIL therapy from referral through post-infusion • Serve as a primary contact and trusted advisor for patients and providers • Provide expertise on TIL therapy workflows including tumor procurement and manufacturing coordination • Collaborate with treatment centers and interdisciplinary care teams • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment across time-sensitive milestones • Identify and resolve barriers to therapy access • Track critical milestones across the autologous treatment process • Support site onboarding and share best practices • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain current knowledge of and follow established IovanceCares objectives, processes, regulatory and compliance standards, policies, and procedures.

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students in Illinois school districts. • Collaborate with school counselors, support families with psychoeducation, and participate in a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations.

Role Description The RN Virtual Acute Care provides digital care to a diverse population of patients across OSF through technology across a variety of environments. The Virtual Acute Care RN provides patient care that includes: - Comprehensive symptom assessment - Patient education - Preventative care - Acute psychosocial support - Timely individualized age and developmentally appropriate care Utilizes critical thinking, evidenced-based care and clinical decision support to guide practice. Performs ongoing communication and works to promote quality of care through collaboration with all care team members, patients and families. Acts as a patient advocate and resource to other health care providers. The RN demonstrates service excellence and accountability through recognizing the direct relationship between cost-effective and efficient provision of care and services including the impact of access to care.
