Role Description We are looking for our first boots on the ground in France. You will lead our revenue growth in a massive, untapped market. You will work directly with the Head of Global Sales & CEO to define our approach and own outcomes. You are a curious pure hunter and closer. You will take highly qualified leads generated by our Growth Ops team and run them to closed-won, while simultaneously hunting your own mid-market and enterprise accounts. Your focus is penetrating the French and Spanish market, driving revenue, and establishing Service Club as the undisputed industry standard. You must show named target accounts, recent self-sourced deals, be comfortable with cold outbound, and a clear pilot-to-annual conversion mindset. The role is a very active full-cycle hunter role: open doors, bring relevant contacts and build pipeline fast. What You Will Do - Own the Full Cycle: Drive the end-to-end enterprise sales process, from targeted outbound prospecting and deep discovery to complex negotiations and closing. - Strategic Hunting & Pipeline Building: Partner with the Head of Global Sales and Growth Ops to convert intent signals, while relentlessly hunting your own Tier 1 target accounts to turn market intelligence into signed contracts. - Multi-Thread Deals: Navigate complex buying committees by aligning different stakeholders (Operations, HR, Procurement) around a unified business case. - Sell on Value: Shift the conversation away from transactional pricing. Focus heavily on operational ROI and solving deep business pains for logistics leaders. - Lead the Room: Command discovery calls and strategic product demonstrations for C-level executives. - Control the Momentum: Drive urgency, manage pilot conversions, and push through procurements without letting deals stall. - Forecasting Discipline: Maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot to provide leadership with highly accurate, data-driven revenue forecasts. Qualifications - 4+ years of B2B closing experience, specifically handling mid-market and enterprise sales cycles in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. - A strong understanding of the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fleet Management sectors, alongside a network you can leverage from day one. - Native-level French (and Fluent Spanish) with the curiosity and mindset to challenge, consult, and negotiate with operational leaders. Requirements - You do not sit back and wait for leads. You know how to break into cold accounts, multi-thread and build your own book of business. - Mastery of a proven sales framework (MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, Sandler, etc.) to qualify deals and avoid inaccurate pipelines. - You thrive in high-velocity environments where you have to build the plane while flying it and enjoy seeing your solutions and suggestions come to life. Benefits - Highly Competitive Compensation: A strong base salary plus an aggressive commission structure on high value deals. - 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from wherever you are most productive in France, giving you the autonomy to structure your day for maximum impact. - Industry Presence: Opportunities to travel, attend, and represent Service Club at premier UK industry events and trade shows. - Meaningful Impact: The chance to be a foundational piece in a unique, mission-driven company solving critical, real-world bottlenecks. - Viva Spain: Join the team in Barcelona for company events.
