• Disciplined in managing data and information to develop and project accurate sales forecasts. • Demonstrated history of successful outcomes with the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to qualification, managing objectives and closing the deal. • Ability to cold call in-market and through social media, email, and phone. • Ability to sell and demo complex digital marketing products and services. • Quick, curious learner able to understand the complex needs of professional vacation rental managers including geographic differences in operations. • Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain customers, and in some cases, to successfully sell or transition the customer to another product that more effectively meets their needs. • Good follow-up skills with a proven track record of re-engaging clients. • Ability to collaborate with fellow team members to support migrations, problem resolution and opportunities to upsell. • An enthusiastic, positive, outgoing attitude and strong interest in building relationships and networking throughout the vacation rental industry. • Familiar with a deep discovery process to uncover pain points and set proper expectations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling website and digital marketing services or Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing account management, preferably in the real estate, travel, property management, or vacation rental industry
- Excellent communication including fundamental presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence others.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to give online demos and showcase the Inhabit platform.
- Proven track record of sales achievement with an aggressive drive to achieve high targets; results oriented.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
