Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive – Data & AI

PCG DACH

• Pipeline development & lead activation: You independently drive the entire sales cycle forward. This is based on data-driven CRM analyses to selectively activate existing warm leads from the PCG ecosystem (no hard cold calling). • Sales of our Data & AI portfolio: You strategically accompany customers in their transformation. You sell our enabling workshops for use-case identification, the construction of modular architecture foundations (AI Foundation including data management, security and FinOps), as well as pre-built lighthouse use cases. • Maturity assessments & value selling: You analyze the customer’s current state using structured maturity assessments to design sustainable solutions, managed services, and appropriate change & adoption concepts. • Deal optimization & partner management: We advise agnostically. You use your sense for cloud subsidies, incentives and the programs of the major hyperscalers to optimally structure deals commercially. • GTM strategy: You contribute your market insights directly and actively participate in the further development of our go-to-market strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise IT sales: You bring solid sales experience in the cloud, data or complex IT environment and know how to build long-term trust at C-level.
  • Technical understanding: You don't have to be an engineer, but you understand modern cloud infrastructures and data architectures well enough to confidently deliver complex solutions to customers. You are familiar with the ecosystems of the three major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP); SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Doer mentality & enthusiasm for AI: You are passionate about AI, have a strong personal willingness to learn, and enjoy working with people and actively helping to build a new team.
  • Communication and pitching skills: You can translate technological concepts into real business value. As our delivery projects and meetings are sometimes international, you pitch confidently in German and English.
  • Managed services know-how: Ideally, you already have experience selling managed services and supporting sustainable IT implementations.
  • Team player and drive: You demonstrate results-orientation and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team.

Benefits

  • Pure flexibility: Work the way that fits your life — remote within Germany, hybrid, or from one of our offices in Germany (Magstadt, Darmstadt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Ulm, Heidelberg, Frankfurt).
  • Workation: Work and discover new places? Use up to 30 days of workation per year and combine job and adventure.
  • Time off: With 30 days of vacation you can recharge whenever you need it.
  • Your hardware, your choice: Mac, Windows or Linux — you decide what you prefer to work with.
  • Career development: Training, labs and certifications at AWS, Azure, Google & SAP — we boost your cloud know-how.
  • Feedback that matters: Regular development and salary discussions so you always know where you stand.
  • More than the basics: Choose between a Spendit Card, Wellpass, or Deutschlandticket. On top of that, childcare allowance and bike leasing as additional extras for life beyond the laptop.
  • Team spirit: Whether team events, summer party or Christmas party — we celebrate successes together.
