• Conduct industrial hygiene and environmental health inspections, assessments, and investigations-including asbestos, lead, mold, moisture, radon, drinking water, and indoor air quality-through sample collection, data interpretation, reporting, and recommending corrective actions • Provide project management support by developing Statements of Work, preparing Independent Government Estimates, reviewing invoices, and supporting procurement of IH and environmental services • Review abatement, remediation, and mitigation reports and workplans for asbestos, lead, mold, and related hazards to ensure completeness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with GSA requirements • Provide technical IH guidance for construction projects, including investigation, assessment, abatement oversight, mitigation planning, and monitoring activities • Respond to IH-related events, emergencies, and facility health and safety concerns as a technical agent of GSA, including travel as needed • Conduct facility inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industrial hygiene, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards • Deliver internal expertise, training, and technical support to building managers, property managers, project managers, and other PBS personnel • Maintain required certifications, participate in continuous learning, and ensure IH practices align with current industry standards, tools, and methodologies • Ensure proper use of approved tools, methods, and processes, and maintain compliance with federal and industry requirements

• Identify potential payer underpayments by reviewing payment data, contractual allowed amounts, fee schedules, EOBs/ERAs, payer policies, claim history, and expected reimbursement calculations • Use Rivet, Modernizing Medicine, Athena, Excel, and payer portals to research reimbursement variances • Validate underpayment opportunities by comparing actual payments to contracted rates • Research payer contracts, fee schedules, reimbursement methodologies • Prepare clear and complete documentation packages to support payer reconsideration • Submit underpayment disputes, reconsideration requests, appeals, and payer inquiries within required payer timeframes • Track underpayment cases from identification through resolution • Maintain Excel-based spreadsheets and trackers to monitor underpayment opportunities • Partner with billing, coding, payment posting, payer collections, contracting, and revenue integrity teams to resolve payment discrepancies • Identify trends by payer, CPT code, modifier, provider, practice, location, system, or contract term and escalate recurring issues • Support reporting on underpayment recovery, revenue impact, payer trends, aged cases, overturn rates, and process improvement opportunities.

• Work within an Agile framework to iteratively configure and deploy SaaS solutions. • Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement. • Rapidly translate customer needs into configurable solutions that align with best practice. • Partner with police and government agencies to understand their workflows and operational needs. • Analyze and model business processes using BPMN to document and optimize workflows. • Document and communicate configuration changes effectively across teams. • Conduct configuration testing and validation before deployment. • Create user guides and training materials for configured solutions. • Participate in customer training sessions and knowledge transfer. • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance future configurations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, product, and support teams to refine implementation processes. • Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, system settings, and best practices. • Identify, analyze, and resolve configuration-related issues in an Agile, iterative manner. • Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
