Job Description

Senior Business Process Consultant / Analyst

Evora IT Solutions

• You analyze business processes and develop tailored solutions • You act as the central point of contact and drive the development and implementation of projects primarily in the ServiceNow environment • You maintain close relationships with our customers and stakeholders • You work closely with clients to elicit detailed business, functional and technical requirements as well as acceptance criteria • In discovery workshops you identify needs and design workflows • You prepare training materials and train our customers • You develop test plans and implementation strategies

Job Requirements

  • A degree in an IT-related field or comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience in FSM and/or CSM
  • Enjoy documenting complex matters clearly, representing them visually and working in a solution-oriented way
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with FSM solutions from well-known vendors
  • Ideally, certifications in the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel depending on the project (up to approx. 50%)
