• Define and document data integration requirements between Partex.AI and internal/external data sources • Support integration health and data quality in Partex.AI outputs • Work closely with Product Managers to translate workflow needs into platform requirements • Document conflicts where the same data field is available from multiple sources and define resolution rules • Produce process flow and data flow documentation

• Own the definition and documentation of data integration requirements between Partex.AI and internal/external data sources. • Document data exchanges, flow direction, triggering mechanisms, and transformation logic. • Identify required integrations and maintain a clear transition plan for DWH-to-Databricks migration. • Support Partex.AI MDM and deduplication configuration by defining business rules. • Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate needs into platform requirements. • Analyze current-state feasibility processes to identify gaps and operational issues. • Maintain documentation as a living artifact, updated with changes in source systems or business rules.

• Manage month end revenue analysis • Prepare, iterate and present annual budget and monthly forecasts • Maintain standardized financial and operational KPI reporting • Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors • Provide clear variance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance • Use existing procedures to solve standard problems • Assist operations team with all D365 functions such as project setup and invoicing • Keep updated on relevant D365 product developments • Identify and document the suitability of various data sources to be used for reporting purposes • Utilize analytics and visualization tools to deliver an interactive report experience to the end user • Establish usage tracking systems used to inform further report development • Support on ad hoc information and analysis requests
