• Gestisci le opportunità end-to-end: discovery call strutturate, demo personalizzate, negoziazione e chiusura. • Costruisci e tieni sana la tua pipeline, lavorando su lead qualificati dagli SDR e mettendoci del tuo sull'outbound quando serve. • Parli con i decision maker giusti (HR Director, People Manager, Finance) per capire processi, priorità e vincoli - e posizioni Tundr come la risposta. • Vivi nel CRM: pipeline, forecast e attività sempre puliti, con insight che condividi con la leadership. • Fai squadra con Go-to-market, SDR e Product per migliorare il flusso dei lead, affinare il messaggio commerciale e portare il mercato dentro la roadmap. • Aiuti a costruire la macchina di vendita: best practice, playbook e metriche, man mano che il team cresce.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 anni in ruoli AE o full-cycle - idealmente in contesti B2B HR tech, fintech o welfare.
  • Esperienza in startup o scale-up, dove i processi sono in evoluzione e c'è spazio per costruire.
  • Track record solido e verificabile: quota attainment, deal chiusi, pipeline gestita.
  • Conosce i principali framework di vendita.
  • Mentalità hunter: non aspetta che le cose arrivino, va a cercarle.
  • Forte ownership: sa cosa vuol dire essere l'unico responsabile di un deal.
  • Comunica in modo chiaro ed efficace, in italiano e in inglese.
