Role Description Buscamos incorporar a un/a Client Intake Specialist con fuerte orientación comercial, que será el primer punto de contacto con nuestros clientes internacionales. Tu misión será responsable de transformar consultas entrantes en oportunidades reales de negocio. Tu papel no será solo entender al cliente, sino detectar su necesidad, generar confianza y guiarle hacia la contratación de nuestros servicios. Gracias a tu trabajo, aumentaremos la conversión de leads y aseguraremos una experiencia inicial excelente. Qué harás en tu día a día - Gestión y conversión de leads - Atender consultas entrantes (teléfono, email, plataformas) con un enfoque consultivo y comercial. - Identificar oportunidades de negocio y priorizar leads con mayor potencial. - Cualificación estratégica - Analizar cada caso no solo desde el encaje legal, sino también desde su viabilidad comercial. - Detectar necesidades, urgencias y motivaciones del cliente. - Generación de confianza y venta - Explicar de forma clara el valor del servicio y el proceso legal. - Preparar al cliente para la siguiente fase (evaluación legal) maximizando la probabilidad de cierre. - Coordinación de calls con abogados (pre-sale) - Agendar llamadas estratégicamente, asegurando que el lead llega cualificado y preparado. - Optimizar agendas con foco en conversión, no solo en volumen. - Seguimiento y cierre - Hacer seguimiento activo de leads. - Resolver objeciones y acompañar al cliente durante el proceso hasta la contratación. - Gestión en CRM - Registrar toda la información y actividad comercial. - Hacer seguimiento de métricas de conversión y pipeline. - Mejora continua - Proponer mejoras en el proceso de admisión y conversión. - Detectar patrones de éxito y optimizar el funnel de ventas. Qualifications - Entre 2 y 4 años en roles como: - Atención al cliente con componente comercial - Inside sales / ventas consultivas - Gestión de leads o admisión en servicios profesionales - Muy valorable experiencia en: - Despachos de abogados - Relocation / real estate - Servicios internacionales - Idiomas: - Inglés avanzado o bilingüe (C1/C2) – imprescindible - Español avanzado - Otros idiomas, un plus - Competencias clave: - Fuerte orientación a resultados y conversión - Habilidad para generar confianza rápidamente - Comunicación clara y persuasiva - Capacidad para gestionar objeciones - Organización y gestión de pipeline - Mentalidad analítica (conversión, ratios, etc.) Benefits - Trabajo 100% remoto desde España - Jornada parcial - Horario por la tarde (16:00-22:00) - Entorno internacional y dinámico - Posibilidad de crecimiento en área comercial - Contrato indefinido
