• Provide direct, engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students daily • Provide targeted, personalized feedback using various techniques • Differentiate instruction based on student level of mastery • Schedule daily time to access learning management system and review student progress and grade assignments • Create a welcoming class environment adhering to course guidelines • Analyze student data and identify actions to improve achievement • Attend monthly data analysis meetings and collaborate with other teachers • Complete additional trainings annually

• Provide instruction, support, and guidance to students • Manage the learning process and monitor student progress • Communicate with families and learning coaches • Prepare students for standardized tests • Travel for professional development and tests as required

• Teach math classes in a clear, engaging, and student-centered way • Deliver lessons using Think Academy’s curriculum, lesson materials, and instructional guidance • Support students in building strong understanding of math topics including Pre-Algebra & Algebra 1 • Manage a virtual or in-person classroom and create a positive, high-expectation learning environment • Grade homework and provide timely academic feedback • Communicate professionally with students and parents about progress, performance, and learning goals • Participate in teacher training, lesson preparation, and ongoing professional development • Work approximately 30–40 hours per week, with most classes scheduled during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
