• Responsible for processing Reverse mortgage loans • Acting as the liaison between clients and Loan Officers through the closing process • Helping eligible applicants obtain loans in a timely and professional manner while adhering to all company guidelines, as well as federal and state regulations • Ensures the accurate input of information into the LOS and update information throughout the process as necessary • Confirms that all rates and fees input into the system are accurate • Ensures necessary verifications of income, employment and assets are obtained as/when needed • Serves as liaison and point of contact to guide clients & Loan Officers through processing of the loan in preparation for closing • Reviews all underwriting conditions required from the borrower • Collects all required documentation for closing of loan • Ensures system in Loan Origination System is accurate and corresponds to document data • Ensures all fees are updated and documented for the preparation of both the Initial Disclosures and Final Loan Documents • Ensures that all Change of Circumstances are properly documented • Reviews and ensures that all prior to closing conditions and documents are prepared, signed off and in file • Acts as main point of contact for sales, underwriting, funding, title company, broker and or client • Maintains clear, consistent and professional lines of communication between all parties involved in process • Ensures that pipeline is reviewed and updated regularly • Ensures loan packages comply with Company policies and procedures • Maintains acceptable levels of conversion ratios pursuant to position

• Logs into a computer and accesses work queues. • Able to accurately adjudicate or review detailed information to correctly enter data into system as required and maintained by client. • Directs all questions to Project Coordinator. • Reference work instructions as needed. • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

- Reviews cases prior to funding - Ensures all funding procedures are followed for each case - Reviews contracts - Sends cases back for rework when needed - Run identity checks, bankruptcy checks and MLA (Military Lending Act) reports - Schedules payments to go out via Western Union, ACH, check, wire or through our 3rd party vendor Kyck Global

• The ROI Processor is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing all release of information (ROI) medical record requests while maintaining the highest level of patient confidentiality. • Process all medical records requests in primary account whether standard or audit request. • Responsible for accurately verifying all data as it is listed on the medical record release. • Communicate any issues regarding the account to their direct report. • Maintain up to date knowledge of all accounts to ensure accurate processing. • Maintain daily production numbers. • Responsible for keeping account current to ensure we remain compliant. • Must comply with our company privacy and security policies as well as all federally mandated HIPAA regulations. • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
