Talent Analytics, Operations Manager
Garner Health
• Own and evolve the day-to-day workflows for the TA team, ensuring our "hiring machine" runs smoothly as we scale • Proactively identify workflow gaps and manage change initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency • Develop and monitor key recruiting metrics across the TA team to provide a clear, real-time picture of our hiring health • Partner closely with TA Leaders to translate data insights into concrete action plans and process improvements • Optimize and manage our suite of TA tools and systems to ensure they are fully leveraged to support talent outcomes • Build and maintain intuitive dashboards that empower stakeholders with the insights needed to make informed hiring decisions
Job Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Business Operations, or a high-growth People Ops environment where you have scaled complex processes.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate raw data into clear business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including modeling, complex formulas, and scenario planning)
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations in tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms
- Direct experience administrating modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever) and integrating them with other tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team through the adoption of new tools and workflows
- Experience leading an implementation from technical build-out to cross-functional adoption
- You understand that great operations serve people, and you have a proven track record of improving candidate experience and recruiter productivity through process
