Job Requirements
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Black Sea and European grains and oilseeds markets
- Experience in price reporting or commodity market journalism

- Good organisational skills
- Comfort engaging externally with traders, exporters, and merchandisers
- Prior team leadership or line management experience
- Language skills relevant to the Black Sea region (Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, or Bulgarian) are a meaningful advantage
- Experience presenting at conferences, webinars, or industry events
- Familiarity with financial and physical derivatives relevant to grains and oilseeds
