• Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions. • Ensure responsible and measurable deployment of AI across the organization. • Help scale AI literacy and champion new tools and capabilities. • Guide end-to-end automation initiatives to improve productivity and decision quality. • Operate with high autonomy and work across diverse stakeholders to shape Yum!’s AI maturity. • Build and optimize enterprise AI initiatives. • Develop and execute AI literacy programs through the AI Academy. • Scale enterprise agents and integrate AI tools into daily workflows. • Build local communities of practice and train AI champions for AI adoption.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, learning technology, product management, change management, or related fields.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business, adoption, or productivity outcomes.
- Strong understanding of current AI trends, tools, and practical enterprise use cases.
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, learning, analytics, or business teams to design and scale new programs or platforms.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, communicate with senior leaders, and simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Strong program leadership skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder management, and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience building or scaling learning, training, enablement, or capability-building products.
- Experience launching enterprise adoption programs, communities of practice, or champion networks.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools, generative AI platforms, prompt design, responsible AI practices, or AI literacy programs.
- Experience working in a multi-brand, franchised, restaurant, retail, or global enterprise environment.
