IAM Identity Administrator

Scientific Games

• Administer user identity lifecycle processes/policies including onboarding, provisioning, role changes, and de-provisioning. • Manage access controls and ensure proper role-based access controls for systems, applications and data. • Monitor and maintain IAM systems. • Enforce identity governance policies to ensure least-privilege access. • Document process and procedures for onboarding and offboarding user accounts. • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support compliance and risk mitigation. • Investigate and document incidents. • Manage disaster recovery and practice failovers to backup data centers. • Daily interaction with internal customers (data centers, QA, and software) as well as peer group relationship. • System performance analysis including troubleshooting, resolution and reporting of escalated production issues. • 24/7 On-call support.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Identity Management.
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux Operating Systems.
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI, GDPR).
  • Incident Control and management.
  • Problem management.
  • Capacity management [multitask, workloads].
  • Well-developed oral, written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent (desired).
  • Experience with running and maintaining scripting [PowerShell, Puppet, Chef, etc.].
