Role Description Achil recherche pour le compte de son client, un Assistant Comptable H/F en CDI. Le poste : Rattaché(e) à un collaborateur comptable confirmé et accompagné(e) par l'expert-comptable, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et bienveillante. Au quotidien, vous assurez le suivi d'un portefeuille clients avec une responsabilité opérationnelle sur les missions suivantes : - Saisie comptable - Collecte et codification des pièces comptables via des outils digitaux - Tenue des comptes clients et fournisseurs - Rapprochements bancaires - Lettrage et pointage des comptes - Établissement des déclarations fiscales (TVA notamment) - Assistance aux collaborateurs sur les travaux de révision - Participation à la préparation des dossiers de clôture - Rédaction des comptes rendus de vos travaux Poste à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible. Role Description This role involves managing end-to-end lease accounting in compliance with IFRS 16, including handling right-of-use (ROU) assets, lease liabilities, and related depreciation and interest calculations. The individual will work extensively with SAP REFX to maintain lease data, execute postings, and generate accurate financial reports, while also supporting month-end close activities through reconciliations, variance analysis, and contract reviews. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to audit requirements and internal controls, while maintaining data accuracy within the system and resolving any related issues. The position also supports system improvements and contributes to ongoing or upcoming S/4HANA migration initiatives, leveraging strong accounting knowledge, SAP expertise, and analytical skills. • provide senior leadership and strategic oversight of the company's financial accounting and reporting processes • manage and mentor the Accounting leadership team • oversee all aspects of the accounting process • advise the business on complex transactions from an accounting perspective • partner with internal and external auditors

• Compute charges, prepaid expenses, and preliminary tax entries • Prepare cheques, e-transfers, and EFT payments • Reconcile records of bank transactions • Perform data entry and analysis • Prepare month-end reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, analysis, and discrepancy report • Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable, as well as ledgers and journals • Assist with payroll calculations • Submit Payroll Taxes • Submit GST installments to the CRA • Remit and file T4 slips • Analyze and record business transactions and period-end adjustments • Prepare basic financial statements • Compute and record depreciation for bookkeeping and tax purposes • Cost out (calculate cost of) and record inventory • Implement internal controls to protect company assets • Perform other bookkeeping duties
