Role Description The Sales Operations Business Partner supports the sales organization through data analysis, Salesforce optimization, reporting, and process improvement. This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to improve pipeline visibility, maintain data accuracy, and deliver insights that drive better business decisions. What You’ll Get to Do - Improve sales processes to increase pipeline efficiency and conversion. - Maintain Salesforce data accuracy across accounts, opportunities, and pipeline. - Build and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, sales performance, and key business metrics. - Support forecasting activities by ensuring clean and accurate pipeline data. - Deliver insights and analysis to support sales leadership decision-making. - Assist with territory alignment, account ownership, and data management activities. - Support the adoption and effective use of sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and other sales technologies. - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Channel/Alliance teams to support business initiatives and operational improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a related role. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel. - Experience working with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and pipeline data. - Experience supporting forecasting and pipeline management processes. - Exposure to territory planning or quota setting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights. - Experience using AI tools or data-driven automation technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. - Familiarity with tools such as Gong and Power BI. - Experience working within a SaaS or other data-driven business environment preferred. Role Description Lead and manage the Enterprise Project/Portfolio Management Office (GTPMO) Operations. Develop and facilitate enterprise Project and Portfolio Management processes and reporting.
