• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's career pathway, technical skill level, and unique learning profile. • Create structured lesson plans that align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials. • Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting, bringing real-world industry context into the virtual classroom. • Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, schools, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with students who have education needs
- Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
- Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
