• Provides exceptional coaching services to clients while upholding the standards of EPA coaching. • Advises in the recruitment-stage and development-stage of different collegiate esports programs. • Conducts coaching and instructional activities. • Counsels, advises and/or refers student-competitors on personal and academic matters. • Participates in scheduled staff development sessions as assigned. • Coaches and instructs assigned varsity team utilizing best practices. • Develops and demonstrates some understanding of student development theory. • Ensures proper completion of administrative responsibilities from those groups under their supervision (e.g., tournament registration forms, maintaining proper grade point average, etc.).

• Act as the subject-matter expert for coaching frameworks, methodologies, and best practices within Wing. • Partner with supervisors and managers in the bottom performance quartile, providing individualized coaching, shadowing, and skill reinforcement. • Conduct triads and live coaching observations, delivering constructive feedback and documenting behavioral improvements. • Ensure consistent execution of the PETI model across all coaching and performance management sessions. • Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations leadership to identify recurring supervisor performance gaps and design targeted interventions. • Review and analyze coaching logs, QA reports, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and track progress. • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions or calibration workshops to elevate coaching standards across teams. • Serve as a mentor and resource for coaches, QA specialists, and L&D facilitators seeking to enhance their own coaching capabilities. • Provide weekly and monthly reports summarizing impact, key observations, and actionable insights.

What You’ll Do - Coaching & Client Support: - Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication, trust repair, and personal accountability. - Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks. - Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and long-term behavioral change. - Client Experience & Retention: - Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments. - Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis. - Contribute insights to continuously improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes. Qualifications - Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation. - Comfortable working with clients in high emotional distress — balancing empathy with firmness, challenging avoidance patterns, and maintaining authority in difficult conversations. - Strong verbal skills - able to explain complex emotional dynamics in a grounded, practical way. - Confident facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics. - Organised, reliable, and comfortable operating within a structured program. - Direct experience in relationship, marriage, or couples coaching is required. - Relevant certifications or qualifications - such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW - will be a strong plus.
