Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a proactive and organized Candidate Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from sourcing top talent to coordinating interviews and maintaining strong relationships with potential hires. You will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience while supporting hiring managers and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities - Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information. - Clearly communicate the recruiting process and timelines to candidates. - Make hiring recommendations based on facts, reference checks, and candidate information. - Respond promptly to urgent communications. - Actively participate in team meetings and organizational discussions. - Share knowledge, support onboarding of new team members, and contribute positively to team culture. - Report work irregularities promptly and comply with company policies. - Support other departments as business needs evolve. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. - Create, manage, and renew job postings across platforms. - Conduct proactive candidate outreach and engagement to strengthen talent pipelines. - Maintain an active and healthy candidate pool. - Conduct initial and follow-up interviews via Google Meet. - Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and stakeholders. - Schedule and coordinate second-round interviews, ensuring hiring timelines are met. - Reschedule interviews as needed while keeping processes on track. - Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates via email and Slack. - Coordinate interview logistics, including travel arrangements if necessary. Requirements - Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate engagement (preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Detail-oriented and data-driven, with experience managing candidate records and tracking systems. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. - Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to share knowledge. - A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM). - Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
