Senior IT Specialist

Role Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior IT Specialist to manage and improve our ICT infrastructure, telecommunication systems, and network environment while leading and supporting the ICT team. - Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and telecommunication systems; - Administer Office 365, Microsoft Azure, VMware ESXi/vSphere, backup, and endpoint security solutions; - Monitor system performance, security, and availability; - Implement ICT security and disaster recovery procedures; - Provide technical support and resolve escalated ICT issues; - Lead, organize, and support the ICT team, including onboarding and training new employees; - Cooperate with management on ICT strategy, budgeting, and infrastructure improvements. Qualifications - Experience in a similar IT / System Administration / Team Lead role; - Strong knowledge of networking, VoIP, firewalls, VPNs, and Microsoft environments; - Experience with Azure, VMware, and Office 365 administration; - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills; - Fluent English language skills; - Czech language proficiency is mandatory.
