• Perform limited access inspections of gas or steam turbines and generators • Create inspection reports, time card submissions, and expense reconciliations • Stay updated on new technologies and test procedures • Work independently with minimal direction and supervision
Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent vocational training in mechanical or non-destructive inspection technology
- Minimum 3 years of borescope experience, preferably on heavy duty gas turbines
- Knowledge of design, construction, and maintenance of steam or combustion turbines/generators used in power generation applications
- Familiar with operating Mentor Visual iQ Videoprobe, Menu Directed Inspection software
- Strong customer service communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
