• Collaboration with Business Development team, internal Subject Matter Experts and Clients to support business development activity • Help create compelling content and manage prospective selling initiatives • Work with cross-functional teams to support preparation of materials for key client meetings • Help to maximise the client facing time of the assigned BD team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
  • Advanced proficiency in sales automation systems, CRM (particularly Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
  • Experience in life sciences industry preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical or CRO sectors
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to work independently
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining client-facing materials and proposals

Role Description We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to expand our partnerships with Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and other senior care organizations.
