Role Description The AI GTM Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-enabled workflows that improve the speed, quality, and repeatability of Seeq’s go-to-market execution. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, systems, and applied AI, helping the GTM organization move from ad hoc use of AI tools to durable, governed, high-value workflows. This leader partners closely with various teams to build practical AI systems that support: - Research - Content assembly - Campaign execution - Launch readiness - Knowledge management - Performance visibility Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM systems, automation, applied AI, solutions engineering, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or similarly complex environment. - Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, or AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes. - Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical systems and workflow designs. - Experience working with structured content, prompt workflows, automation logic, and cross-functional tooling environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain systems, tradeoffs, and workflow designs clearly. - Strong execution discipline, including documentation, testing, iteration, and prioritization. Requirements - Experience supporting GTM, marketing, sales, or customer-facing functions with automation and workflow design. - Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, content management, knowledge systems, and collaboration platforms used in GTM organizations. - Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-based workflows, agent frameworks, API-based automation, or no-code / low-code orchestration tools. - Familiarity with product marketing, launches, campaign execution, enablement, or ABX operating models. - Experience in industrial software, enterprise SaaS, analytics, or AI-adjacent domains. • Join Planera to build Manny, our AI scheduling assistant, and shape how construction schedulers work with AI on a modern Critical Path Method platform. • Own agent features end to end: designing and evolving the LangGraph/LangChain agent, engineering prompts and tools, integrating LLMs across providers, and holding response quality to a high bar with a real evaluation and observability stack. • Design, build, and own Manny features end to end across the agent backend, tools, and UI • Improve agent behavior, reliability, and answer quality through prompt engineering, tool design, and changes to the agent control flow • Evolve the agent architecture: ReAct loop, routing and controller logic, multi-node graphs, tool selection, and streaming responses • Integrate and tune LLMs across providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), balancing quality, latency, and cost, including prompt caching and model selection • Design and extend Manny's tool surface through the MCP server that connects the agent to Planera's scheduling services • Build and own the evaluation loop: golden datasets, automated evaluators, snapshot-based replay, and offline and online quality metrics • Implement observability for agent runs with tracing, metrics, and structured logging, and use it to debug and improve behavior in production • Ensure safe, sandboxed execution of model-generated code and safe handling of tool side effects and mutations • Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend to deliver AI features end to end

Role Description Drive the execution and delivery of AI-powered features, use cases and platform capabilities across a suite of SaaS products. - Translate business and product team needs into concrete technical requirements, stories, and sprint deliverables for engineering and data science teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional squads to embed AI and automation into existing workflows (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, analytics, and public safety). - Define and manage the backlog for AI feature delivery, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform scalability. - Establish execution roadmaps and milestones for model training, integration, and release across multiple product teams. - Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time, release quality, adoption metrics) and drive continuous improvement in execution efficiency. - Support post-deployment validation to ensure model accuracy, system reliability, and user experience alignment. Qualifications - First-author or sole-author publications in top-tier mathematics journals. - Doctoral or postdoctoral training at a top-20 global institution for mathematics or STEM. - Competitive fellowships and honors such as the Clay Research Fellowship, NSF GRFP, Sloan Research Fellowship, or equivalent. - Currently or recently in an active research role: PhD candidate, postdoc, instructor, faculty, principal researcher, or industry research mathematician.
