Role Description We are looking for a Content & Social Media Lead to own the strategic direction of social accounts, guide the execution team, and ensure content aligns with business goals and KPIs. This is a strategic leadership role , not a posting or scheduling role, managing multiple client accounts and collaborating closely with Performance, Design, and Account Management teams. Key Responsibilities - Social Media Strategy & Planning: - Develop strategies, content pillars, and monthly frameworks aligned with business goals. - Identify campaign opportunities and ensure platform-specific alignment. - Creative Direction: - Lead ideation, campaign concepts, and storytelling direction. - Guide design team while maintaining a consistent brand voice. - Team Leadership: - Supervise and mentor Social Media and Content Executives. - Review content calendars and ensure quality standards. - Performance Collaboration: - Align strategy with KPIs, review reports, and adjust based on insights. - Client Interaction: - Present strategies to clients and handle high-level feedback.
