• Acting as a champion of our brand, solutions, and services, our Inside Sales Manager will drive results by implementing best sales practices and developing innovative sales strategies that increase productivity and positively impact the bottom line. • Using a positive, lead-by example approach, our Inside Sales Manager will coach our sales talent to success by fostering an environment of trust, teaching, and accountability. • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members, providing the coaching and mentorship needed to position them for success and continued growth in their roles. • Equip account management team with the proper tools, training and motivation to achieve targeted goals, while effectively and genuinely representing the Blytheco brand. • Develop and lead team meetings and events that are catalysts for creating and supporting synergistic, high performing teams. • Maintain and enhance a successful and positive culture that is evidence by high employee morale and low turnover. • Partner with the Sales Leader to evaluate, develop, and implement targeted sales strategies and processes designed to build the pipeline, enhance productivity, and generate revenue, while optimizing the client experience. • Coach and reinforce a consultative sales approach by team members. • Drive Business Process Optimization engagements and on-site client meetings for targeted clients. • Act as an executive sponsor and champion of the Blytheco brand for targeted opportunities. • Collaborate with account managers to create personalized plans of strategic engagement for top clients. • Collaborate with Sales Leader and team members throughout the organization to improve the employee and client experience through continuous process improvement. • Work with a “Work Smarter, not Harder” philosophy, identifying areas for improvement and executing on changes. • Identify trends in the marketplace and quickly adapt to changes, modifying strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients. • Evaluate, develop, and refine world class sales processes to enhance the productivity and bottom-line impact of all account manager sales activities and programs while optimizing the client experience and championing execution. • Ensure presentation materials, proposal documents, and client facing materials are world class and align with the Blytheco brand. • Drive and participate in company strategic goals. • Provide relevant and accurate sales KPIs to senior leadership. • Ensure team member activity is promptly and completely entered into the CRM to facilitate accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts. • Analyze data to identify trends, pitfalls and areas of opportunity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership in an inside sales management capacity
- 5 to 10 years of sales or account management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of driving productivity, increasing sales, and achieving objectives in a business-to-business complex sales environment.
- Expertise in executing a consultative, solution-selling approach.
- In-depth knowledge of the software industry. ERP experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Adept at identifying and quickly adapting to changes in the marketplace and the needs of a growing organization.
- Superior, polished presentation skills and a high-level professionalism and business acumen.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
