Senior New Patient Coordinator

• Monitor and respond promptly to inbound SMS inquiries with professionalism and warmth • Conduct consultative conversations to understand patient goals, treatment history, and concerns • Schedule consultations using Calendly or similar scheduling tools • Accurately document patient information and interactions within CRM and EHR systems • Execute timely, personalized follow-ups to support appointment conversion • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth patient onboarding
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in patient coordination, intake, client services, or a similar consultative role
- Excellent written communication skills for SMS-based outreach and strong verbal communication for phone consultations
- Proven ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and guide conversations with confidence
- Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and managing multiple systems simultaneously
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formatting, simple formulas)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work environment
- Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
