Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
  • Experience supporting marketing, social media, or account management teams is preferred.
  • Experience building social media posting calendars or using scheduling platforms is a plus.
  • Experience writing captions or content across multiple social media platforms is a plus.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication and caption writing skills.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp.
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite.
  • Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
