Role Description To complete implementation of client programs and to facilitate transition to field operations and account management colleagues at the conclusion of the project. - Participates in oral presentations. - Prepares and manages project plan through conclusion. - Identifies required resources. - Assigns duties/responsibilities to team participants. - Communicates activity progress to involved parties. - Resolves issues that arise. - Distributes minutes of meetings timely and accurately. - Responsible for smooth transition of program to permanent colleagues. - Possesses complete understanding of program design, processes, client expectations and partner relationships. - Supports the organization's policies and programs. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. - Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include six (6) years of office operations supervisory or management experience. - Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. - PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. - Leadership/management/motivational skills. - Analytical and interpretive skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies. You’ll own hands-on engineering, technical planning, and change execution across DMZ and core network infrastructure for high-profile security projects. - Support Cybersecurity Release & Deployment and Lifecycle Refresh initiatives for enterprise Threat platforms—deploying new systems and upgrading end-of-life or non-permitted technologies with zero impact to production networks. - Lead technical planning and logistics to hit targeted deployment schedules and annual refresh/build commitments. - Analyze evolving business and technology requirements, interface with technology engagement teams, and propose best-in-class Threat solutions that align with security and business needs. - Work closely with Design Engineering, Security Architecture, and Engineering teams in a “knowledge sharing” capacity to onboard new technologies, processes, and system changes. - Identify and drive service delivery improvements, defining objective measures to track impact over time. - Adhere to all work effort and project close-out practices: database and CMDB updates, asset and inventory tracking, records retention, and updates to related systems, tools, and processes. - Operate within a complex bank network infrastructure and associated risk management practices, supporting secure deployments across DMZ and core environments.
