• Support the expansion of our training offering into the area of foster care / full-time foster care (§ 33 SGB VIII) • Curriculum and topic development: Contribute to the joint creation and ongoing development of a curriculum and topic structure for foster care / full-time foster care. • Thorough literature research: Conduct comprehensive research of current professional literature as well as evidence-based methods and best practices. • Development of practical training materials: Create practice-oriented, subject-specific learning materials for professionals working in foster care based on existing concepts or jointly developed frameworks. • Editing/proofreading: Revise existing texts for language and subject-matter accuracy. • Quality assurance: Ensure clear and precise presentation of content and verify that texts are linguistically flawless and professionally correct. • Further development of learning content: Actively contribute to the strategic development of our training courses by identifying sector-specific trends and best practices and integrating them into the courses.

• Support the expansion of our continuing education offerings into the areas of community-based supported living and specialized residential settings: We have a clear roadmap and are now looking for academic authors who can contribute their expertise to broaden and further develop our offerings in these areas. • Curriculum and topic development: You will contribute to the joint design and further development of a curriculum and topic structure for the mentioned areas. • Thorough literature research: You will conduct comprehensive research of current professional literature as well as evidence-based methods and best practices. • Development of practice-oriented training materials: You will create subject-specific learning content for the target audience based on existing concepts or jointly developed frameworks. • Editing/proofreading: You will revise existing texts both linguistically and substantively. • Quality assurance: You will ensure clear and precise presentation of content and verify that texts are linguistically flawless and professionally correct. • Further development of learning materials: You will actively contribute to the strategic development of our training courses by identifying sector-specific trends and best practices and integrating them into the courses.

• The veterinary writer will likely be tasked with creating up to five articles through May 2026.

• Conduct thorough research to identify grant opportunities aligned with Parity Homes’ mission and housing programs. • Stay informed on trends, best practices, and evolving strategies in the grant-funding landscape. • Collaborate with organizational leaders and program staff to understand funding needs and strategic priorities. • Draft, edit, and prepare grant proposals, letters of intent, and supporting documents that clearly communicate our work, impact, and vision. • Ensure all submissions meet funder guidelines, requirements, and deadlines. • Manage the full grant submission process, ensuring timely and accurate application delivery. • Maintain organized records of all grant activities, submissions, and funder communications. • Follow up with funding agencies to track proposal progress and requests. • Assist with the administration of awarded grants, ensuring compliance with all terms and reporting requirements. • Collaborate with finance and program teams to prepare financial statements, progress updates, and impact reports. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with funders, partners, and potential donors. • Represent Parity Homes in meetings and communications with funding agencies. • Support strategic planning to align grant-seeking efforts with organizational goals. • Provide training and guidance to staff on grant-writing best practices. • Perform other duties as needed to advance the mission. • Research at least 5 grant opportunities per week. • Prepare and submit 10 high-quality grant proposals per month. • Complete timely and accurate reporting for all active grants.
