• Support the expansion of our continuing education offerings into the areas of community-based supported living and specialized residential settings: We have a clear roadmap and are now looking for academic authors who can contribute their expertise to broaden and further develop our offerings in these areas. • Curriculum and topic development: You will contribute to the joint design and further development of a curriculum and topic structure for the mentioned areas. • Thorough literature research: You will conduct comprehensive research of current professional literature as well as evidence-based methods and best practices. • Development of practice-oriented training materials: You will create subject-specific learning content for the target audience based on existing concepts or jointly developed frameworks. • Editing/proofreading: You will revise existing texts both linguistically and substantively. • Quality assurance: You will ensure clear and precise presentation of content and verify that texts are linguistically flawless and professionally correct. • Further development of learning materials: You will actively contribute to the strategic development of our training courses by identifying sector-specific trends and best practices and integrating them into the courses.
Job Requirements
- Professional qualification: You hold a relevant academic degree or professional qualification, e.g. in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Special Education, Educational Sciences, Psychology, Medicine, Nursing or a comparable field.
- Practical experience: Practical experience in supported living, specialized residential settings, integration assistance (Eingliederungshilfe) or a related social or care field is expressly desired.
- Experience working with people with disabilities or mental health conditions is particularly relevant.
- Language skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good sense for target-group appropriate and user-friendly language when preparing texts.
- Commitment to quality: You work precisely and with attention to detail, ensuring that all content meets the highest professional and linguistic standards.
- Conscientiousness: You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work accurately and independently, and to meet agreements and deadlines.
- Teamwork and organizational skills: You will work closely with our product development team and other team members.
