• Define and industrialise Data Quality frameworks , including KPIs/KQIs, control catalogues, and remediation workflows • Lead Data Quality governance processes , including detection forums, incident management, tracking, and resolution follow-up • Design, deploy, and optimise Agentic AI solutions to enhance business processes (e.g., automated documentation, control generation, incident pre-triage, reporting) • Contribute to change management deliverables and communication materials • Drive change management and user adoption by engaging Data Owners, Data Stewards, and IT stakeholders (DSO, Application Owners), developing capabilities on new processes and tools, delivering training , providing hands-on support , and overcoming resistance to change.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Data Governance and Data Quality
- Experience within regulated environments (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and Data Quality principles
- Experience working with Data Governance / Data Quality platforms (e.g., Informatica IDMC, Collibra, DataGalaxy)
- Strong change management capabilities , with the ability to educate, engage, and drive adoption among non-technical stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in French (mandatory) and English.
- Hands-on experience defining and implementing Data Quality controls and KPIs
- Practical experience with Agentic AI tools , including prompting, designing, and optimising AI agents for business use cases
- Strong analytical and process improvement mindset , with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value, metrics, and impact
- Experience working across business and IT stakeholders

We are looking for a Product Development Manager for Woven apparel with excellent communication and problem solving skills to run every step of the process from product development through to a production-ready pass off to our sourcing team. In this role you will partner cross-functionally with Design, Raw Materials, Merchandising, Planning, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Quality teams to build best-in-class products. You will manage 2-3 quarters at a time during different stages of development and lead the team through the product life cycle calendar.
