Role Description The Tutor Session Monitor is a critical behind-the-scenes role that keeps OpenLiteracy's tutoring program running smoothly every day. Reporting to the Director of Tutor Operations, you'll monitor live tutoring sessions, respond to tutor emergencies and technical issues in real time, and step in to teach when needed.
