Role Description The Tutor Session Monitor is a critical behind-the-scenes role that keeps OpenLiteracy's tutoring program running smoothly every day. Reporting to the Director of Tutor Operations, you'll monitor live tutoring sessions, respond to tutor emergencies and technical issues in real time, and step in to teach when needed. During lighter hours, you'll also take on small operations tasks to support the broader team. If you're a certified educator looking for flexible, remote work that keeps you connected to students and teaching without the demands of a full classroom, this role is for you.
