Role Description In your role, you will lead various Housekeeping teams, spread across different hotels in Limburg/Liège. - You provide the right guidance where necessary. - You coach and aim for the growth and development of each team member. - You are only satisfied when all your employees are functioning optimally and aligned with one another. - You organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities, and you are the first point of contact for our clients. - Customer satisfaction is central, and clear, transparent communication is essential in your role. - You will handle various administrative tasks, planning, and payroll preparation. - You monitor the targeted profitability and make timely adjustments where necessary. Qualifications - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. - You are Dutch-speaking and have a good command of French, as you will also have some French-speaking clients. - You can work independently and set priorities, with a hands-on mentality. - You are a driven people manager. Your skills help you guide and coach our teams. - You facilitate and follow everything from A to Z, ensuring regular feedback to our 'District Manager'. - With your drive and knowledge, you motivate your teams to achieve the desired results together. - You are stress-resistant and flexible. - You embody our slogan 'Group-f makes you smile' in your daily work.
