• Consult with restaurant operators to answer questions about their business and/or technology, assisting to identify potential solutions for their business • Connect restaurant operators to vetted 3rd party vendor solutions, acting as advocate and broker to facilitate best solution at preferred pricing • Proactively build relationships with our parent company sales organization, positioning yourself as a trusted resource for them and their customers • Assist in new 3rd party partner vetting • Continuously learn about new restaurant technology and how it fits into a restaurant business • Support internal and external events and needs, including webinars, podcast guest spots, food shows, and more • Work collaboratively with Product, Content, and Growth partners to inform team strategies

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry with relevant business consulting or restaurant technology vendor experience
  • Experience and knowledge in restaurant operations and growth, from owner or general manager perspective
  • Experience and knowledge in restaurant technology and support services
  • Proven experience in customer relationship building and management; ability to effectively communicate with business owners and leaders
  • Past sales role experience highly valued
  • Highly curious with a strong desire to learn
  • Positive attitude, coachable, detail-oriented with good multitasking, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and applies a start-up mentality to how they approach their work
  • 4 year college degree in related field preferred or an equivalence of experience
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
