• Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear setup of accounting systems. • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly closings, and preparation of financial reports and analysis. • Use company software to complete accounting, reporting, and tax-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency. • Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and other accounting documents in line with professional standards. • Assist with audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. • Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and evaluate profit margins. • Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual income tax returns (including 1099s and year-end filings). • Research complex tax and accounting issues to provide practical solutions. • Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation as needed.

• Responsible for the management of the Trial Master File (TMF) content and associated processes during the study life cycle from study set up to transfer/archiving. • Work in partnership with study teams during periodic file reviews and audits to address findings related to the TMF. • Manage access and organization of the controlled electronic file repository, in line with the defined file structure and access management framework. • Work proactively and successfully within a cross-functional team. • Communicate and promote department and company goals and practices. • Interact with stakeholders in a way that fosters a positive working atmosphere and encompasses a professional and helpful attitude.

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of venture capital managers • Understand each fund’s stage, goals, and operational needs, and help them leverage the VC Lab and Decile Group ecosystem • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, product, operations) to ensure timely, high-quality support • Track and manage interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using our internal tools • Identify opportunities to improve the fund manager journey and share insights across the team • Learn continuously about the venture ecosystem and help improve our product and processes

• Own discipline-specific deliverables while coordinating with clients and design partners. • Deliver small projects and support larger projects under the mentorship of a more senior engineer. • Develop accurate, coordinated designs while building independence through strong documentation habits. • Design systems, prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations, and produce coordinated deliverables—either independently or with the production team. • Develop client relationships through clear communication, reliable follow-through, and coordination support.
