Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations Intern

Role Description We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in gaining practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Hiring Support, and Business Communication through live recruitment projects. Selected interns will work alongside recruitment teams on active hiring mandates and gain hands-on experience across various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including: - Candidate sourcing - Profile validation - Stakeholder coordination - Recruitment operations Key Responsibilities - Support candidate sourcing activities through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other available channels. - Coordinate with recruitment referral partners and assist in managing hiring-related communication. - Review and validate candidate profiles against hiring requirements. - Conduct initial screening and candidate alignment discussions. - Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback collection, and candidate updates. - Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring documentation. - Support hiring activities across IT and Non-IT requirements. - Assist with recruitment operations, scheduling, reporting, and workflow coordination. - Learn applicant tracking systems (ATS), hiring processes, and recruitment best practices. - Support lead generation, employer outreach, and hiring support activities as assigned. Qualifications - MBA, BBA, graduate students, or recent graduates interested in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Business Operations, or Human Resources. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable communicating through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional channels. - Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, productivity tools, or recruitment platforms is preferred. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Personal laptop, smartphone and stable internet connection required.
