- Disziplinierte, prozesstreue Arbeitsweise
- Emotionale Stabilität: Empathisch sein, ohne auszubrennen
- Hintergrund in strukturierten Umfeldern ist ein klares Plus
- Bereitschaft und Potenzial für Folgeprodukte früh erkennen
