Business Development Representative
TeamSupport
• Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and system-generated leads • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with our target customer profile • Contact prospective clients to introduce TeamSupport’s products/services and understand their needs • Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads for the Account Executive • Learn and apply knowledge of TeamSupport product features to match the needs of potential clients • Answer inquiries from prospects concerning products, their uses, and industry information • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation and conversion strategies • Periodically prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to the manager • Maintain monthly goals and quotas
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably SaaS
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Confident in cold calling and excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to grasp new technologies and software; proficiency with Google platform, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Seamless.ai, and RingCentral is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to analyze data and trends to identify potential opportunities
- Organized with attention to detail
