Role Description We develop, integrate, and operate the virtual IMS platforms for Swisscom Voice Services. You work closely with our suppliers to ensure our customers experience stable and high-quality communication in both mobile and fixed networks. Role Description We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join ITC's dynamic team and support our cloud infrastructure and deployment operations across APAC. This role involves working with multi-cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to digital transformation projects for global luxury and eCommerce brands. - Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, Tencent Cloud). - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for consistent provisioning. - Optimize cloud resource usage for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - Maintain infrastructure documentation and architecture diagrams using tools like Visio. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions. - Automate code build, test, and deployment processes to reduce manual effort. - Integrate security tools (DAST/SAST) into CI/CD workflows to ensure code quality. - Configure services like Nginx Ingress, API Gateway, and Key Vault for secure deployments. - Set up real-time monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK. - Ensure system uptime meets SLA targets of 99.9% or higher through proactive operations. - Provide 24/7 infrastructure support and incident response coverage. - Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and optimize performance. - Develop and maintain operational playbooks and emergency response procedures. - Define and manage the DevOps boilerplate roadmap to standardize practices across projects. - Lead infrastructure roadmap planning and execution to support scalability and reliability. - Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to ensure smooth project delivery. - Promote DevOps best practices and drive automation across teams. - Identify technical debt and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our monitoring and alerting posture for Cloud Infrastructure.
