Colonial Surety Company is searching for a Sales Manager to recruit and manage a sales team in the Northeast and other remote locations. The requirements include significant direct B2B field sales management. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, proficiency with technology, effective sales activity skills, and a proven track record of success. Experience or familiarity with financial statements is also required. You will be responsible for building an on-site and remote team of contract surety field producers. While experience in contract surety and a college degree are preferred, it is not required. A robust compensation package that includes salary, commission, and bonus. The selected candidate will be expected to self-generate business during your training process, as you recruit a sales team. • Design, maintain and tune high performance code. • Apply appropriate approach, best-practice and correct separation of presentation code from business logic. • Implement and support build processes and test environments. • Provide project and task estimates. • Determine optimal front-end development direction based on project requirements. • Turn interface designs into functional themed components. • Design, develop and implement shared design components with other designers and developers to use across Colonial’s digital product portfolio.

• Writing and executing test cases to verify the functionality of software • Analyzing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests • Work closely with legal and engineering teams to ensure the quality of services • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios and test cases • Prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities • Identify and unearth issues in the early stage of development • Create and maintain test artifacts • Perform thorough regression testing when issues are resolved
