• Own and orchestrate a global marketing strategy • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for token launches • Architect and execute GRVT’s Token Generation Event (TGE) strategy • Design multi-phase campaign systems aligned with product and tokenomics • Define and evolve GRVT’s positioning as a category-defining exchange • Build and manage high-leverage relationships with KOLs, crypto media, exchanges • Own the full performance marketing stack

• Assist the Head of Legal and Compliance in providing day-to-day legal support to senior management and internal teams. • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders. • Review, draft, and manage commercial agreements such as NDAs, MOUs, service, partnership, and vendor contracts under supervision. • Conduct legal research on corporate, fintech, and technology-related regulations across relevant jurisdictions, and continuous monitoring of the same. • Support in handling corporate secretarial tasks, including board documentation, policy updates, and record-keeping. • Provide assistance in legal advisory areas such as employment, IP, data protection, and contract interpretation. • Support in strategic initiatives, capital raising, and M&A transactions. • Liaise with external counsel, auditors, and regulatory bodies on complex or high-stakes matters. • Handling investor-related issues, communications and cap table management. • Support licensing, registration, and regulatory engagement processes. • Support corporate structuring and international expansion initiatives.

• Support end-to-end execution of BD initiatives, including partner onboarding, launch coordination, and ongoing relationship operations. • Act as the operational point of contact to coordinate between BD and internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance). • Track partner deliverables, timelines, and post-launch performance metrics. • Coordinate onboarding processes for partners such as market makers, liquidity providers, brokers, and ecosystem collaborators. • Support onboarding, API access, and operational readiness in collaboration with Compliance and Engineering teams. • Prepare onboarding documentation, partner checklists, and internal SOPs. • Maintain and update BD pipelines, CRM systems, and deal trackers. • Assist in drafting deal summaries, commercial terms, and internal approval documentation. • Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and internal visibility of all BD activities. • Produce regular BD reports covering pipeline status, partner performance, activation metrics, and revenue-related indicators. • Analyze operational and commercial data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities. • Support management with ad-hoc analysis and dashboards related to BD initiatives. • Help design, document, and improve BD operational workflows as GRVT scales. • Identify inefficiencies and propose tooling, automation, or process enhancements. • Support implementation and adoption of internal tools (CRM, dashboards, internal trackers)

• Lead the design and delivery of complex systems and multi-service projects in our trading platform. • Take system-level ownership of correctness, reliability, and operability in production. • Anticipate and mitigate architectural, operational, and product risks before they result in incidents or user impact. • Act as a technical co-lead with Product, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and execution. • Provide high-quality code reviews that surface risks, clarify assumptions, and raise engineering standards. • Coach and mentor engineers through design discussions, feedback, and day-to-day collaboration. • Drive technical leverage by introducing abstractions, patterns, or platforms that structurally improve correctness, reliability, and long-term velocity. • Participate actively in incident response and ensure durable improvements through root-cause analysis and follow-up work. • Communicate complex technical decisions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Write and own substantial amounts of production code in the most complex, high-risk, and business-critical areas of the platform. • Take end-to-end ownership of system behavior in production, especially under failure, stress, or adversarial conditions. • Operate confidently in ambiguous problem spaces, defining constraints, risks, and execution paths when clarity does not yet exist. • Anticipate and neutralize systemic technical, operational, and product risks through careful design, invariants, and operational discipline. • Simplify complex systems by eliminating accidental complexity, unsafe patterns, and brittle abstractions. • Set technical direction primarily through reference implementations, durable abstractions, and sustained ownership of core systems. • Act as one of the strongest technical coaches on the team through high-signal code reviews, design discussions, and example. • Influence product and technical decisions by deeply understanding system behavior, user incentives, and long-term trade-offs. • Participate actively in incident response, and ensure durable improvements through root-cause analysis and follow-through. • Raise the bar for correctness, reliability, and operability by making the right designs and behaviors the default for others.
