Role Description Du bist direkte Ansprechpartnerin von Isabelle und hilfst ihr weiterhin qualitativen Content zu liefern. - Du koordinierst Kooperationen mit eigenständig: Anfragen prüfen, Konditionen abstimmen, Timings koordinieren und sicherstellen, dass alles reibungslos läuft. - Du pflegst den Redaktionskalender, terminierst und stellst Beiträge ein und behältst Deadlines im Blick. - Du behältst die Performance unserer Kanäle im Blick, wertest Insights regelmäßig aus und ziehst daraus konkrete Schlüsse für unseren Content. - Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends auf Social Media und weißt, wie man sie sinnvoll auf einen etablierten Kanal überträgt, ohne die Marke zu verwässern. - Daneben erstellst du einfache Grafiken in Canva und übernimmst einfaches Video-Editing für Reels. Qualifications - Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Influencer- oder Kooperationsmanagement, vorzugsweise auf Instagram. - Guter Umgang mit Canva und Video-Editing-Tools (z.B. CapCut, Edits, Final Cut oder Premiere). - Erfahrung mit Redaktionsplanung und Content-Scheduling. - Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit externen Partnern und Marken. - Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise ohne dauernde Rückfragen. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. - Interesse an den Themen Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Wochenbett.
