Role Description Gesucht wird ein:e Social Media Marketing Werkstudent:in (als Founders Associate), der/die die Gründer im Tagesgeschäft entlastet. Im Kern entwickelst Du Social Media Marketing, von dort aus baust Du Dich in zwei gleichgewichtige Richtungen aus: Sichtbarkeit durch Marketing und Talentgewinnung durch Recruiting. Ergänzend unterstützt Du den Digital-Sales bei ausgewählten Aufgaben. Aufgaben - Social Media Marketing: - Du bringst kreative Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge für die Content-Strategie ein. - Erstellst Beiträge auf Basis der Redaktion der Gründer. - Übernimmst die Pflege, das Posting und den strategischen Ausbau der Social-Media-Präsenz auf LinkedIn. - Recruiting & Employer Branding: - Du wirst in das professionelle Recruiting-System eingearbeitet und wirkst entlang des gesamten Prozesses mit – vom Stellenposting über Active Sourcing auf Social Media bis hin zur Vorqualifizierung und Interviewführung. - Zusätzlich gestaltest Du die Weiterentwicklung der Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen auf Social Media aktiv mit. - Digital Sales & Business Development: - Du unterstützt den Sales bei der Vorbereitung auf Messen und der Bearbeitung von Lead-Listen – ganz ohne Cold Calls. Qualifications - Erste belastbare Erfahrungen und Skills im Social-Media-Marketing sowie eine grundsätzliche Affinität zu Online-Marketing, idealerweise mit Vorliebe für B2B- & Content-Marketing (auf LinkedIn). - Du studierst mindestens im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor oder idealerweise im Master einer passenden Fachrichtung (Online-Marketing, AI oder vergleichbar). - Begeisterung für digitale Social-Media-Strategien zur Kunden- oder Bewerbergewinnung. - Einen sicheren Umgang mit KI-Tools oder die Bereitschaft, Dich darin schnell einzuarbeiten. - Klare, offene und direkte Kommunikation sowie ein gesundes, realistisches Selbstbewusstsein. - Ein selbstbewusstes, sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Bewerber:innen sowie eine gute Ausdrucksweise. - Eine eigenständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise – Du bringst Dich gerne mit eigenen Ideen ein und arbeitest genauso gerne im Team. - Sehr gute Studiennoten sind ein Plus. - Einwandfreies Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie sicheres, kommunikationsfähiges Englisch. - Erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Mit Deiner Social-Media- und KI-Affinität machen wir Dich ab Tag 1 zum Recruiting-Profi – mit intensiver Einarbeitung und persönlicher Begleitung durch einen Recruiting-Profi im Onboarding.
